Vermont Soap already had an established e-commerce presence but needed a refined experience that better showcased its product line, emphasized sustainable values, and supported both retail and wholesale sales. We began with a discovery session to clarify core goals, particularly around promoting bulk purchasing, white-label offerings, and the company’s planet-first production process.
Working within the existing WordPress + WooCommerce framework, we redesigned the homepage and key interior pages to sharpen messaging, improve navigation, and drive conversions. To support this visual refresh, we conducted a lifestyle photo shoot to capture the products in real-world, in-use settings — adding warmth, context, and storytelling depth to the site.
The updated design incorporates the brand’s natural color palette and emphasizes key value props such as sustainability, bulk options, and real ingredients. Product pages and category structures were optimized for ease of use, especially for Vermont Soap’s diverse audience of retail customers, wholesalers, and private-label buyers.
