Torcon/P.Agnes is a joint venture between Torcon, Inc. and P. Agnes Inc.—two of the Mid-Atlantic region’s most respected construction management firms. Together, they are providing Construction Management (CM) services for Cooper University Medical Center’s Master Campus Plan, a transformative, multi-phase expansion of the hospital’s footprint and infrastructure. The program includes the demolition of existing structures, the construction of three new high-rise hospital towers, a new central utility plant, and an enclosed skybridge connecting key facilities. The first phase, Tower A, is a 10-story, 330,000-square-foot structure that will house inpatient beds, procedure areas, and diagnostic testing—marking a major milestone in Cooper’s continued growth and modernization.
To support the massive, multi-phase expansion of Cooper University Medical Center, the joint venture team of Torcon/P.Agnes needed a digital platform that would keep subcontractors informed and engaged throughout the construction process. We began with a discovery session to understand the project scope, internal workflows, and how the website could serve as a real-time communication tool for a wide range of trade partners.
We designed and developed a custom HTML website tailored to function as a centralized resource for subcontractors — serving as a bid board and notification hub for ongoing opportunities related to the Cooper Master Campus Plan. The clean, professional design reflects the credibility of both firms while offering intuitive navigation for users accessing bid packages, timelines, and project updates.
The site builds on the visual identity of the joint venture, utilizing the color palette and design cues from both Torcon and P. Agnes to maintain brand alignment. Built on a responsive, mobile-friendly framework, the site is accessible on job sites, mobile devices, and in the field — ensuring critical updates reach the right people when they need them.
We implemented SEO best practices to support visibility and access for trade partners searching for bid opportunities. A lightweight CMS allows the project team to post updates, documents, and notifications efficiently. Hosted on one of our blazing-fast servers, the site delivers excellent load times and reliability — critical for a high-traffic, schedule-sensitive build like this.
