Their clients include state agencies, MCOs, Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), service providers, and vendors. From expert consulting to their subscription-based LTSS Datalink® platform, LTCI helps organizations streamline operations, share data, and drive better results — all with a deep understanding of the unique challenges in the LTSS space.
To help LTCI communicate complex concepts with clarity and professionalism, we began the project with a focused discovery session. This allowed us to align on their goals, audiences, and how to visually translate their expertise in LTSS data and technology. We also reviewed industry websites and best practices to ensure LTCI’s digital presence stood out while remaining accessible to their specialized user base.
We designed and developed a custom HTML website that builds on their existing brand standards, expanding the visual language with a refreshed layout, extended color palette, and custom-designed icons. Subtle parallax animation adds depth and interactivity, helping make the subject matter more tangible and easier to understand for site visitors.
Built on a responsive, mobile-friendly framework, the site adapts seamlessly across devices and presents information in a clean, digestible format. A lightweight content management system (CMS) allows the LTCI team to make updates without technical assistance.
