Boutique ski manufacturer Crosson designs all of their skis so that even the most aggressive and demanding skiers feel confident they’ve got the best equipment in all conditions. Unidirectional carbon fiber is the ideal material for a premium ski because the fiber orientation and flex characteristics can be controlled independently and developed in unison, resulting in a tuned flex profile that cannot be achieved with fiberglass or a biaxial/triaxial carbon fiber. Crosson's skis are tuned to be precise and responsive, while absorbing fatigue-inducing chatter to deliver the best ride experience possible. When you step into a Crosson ski for the first time and point your tips downhill, you will feel the difference.
Crosson is an American made ski company based at a state-of-the-art facility near Seattle. Crosson is the first to build a freeride ski with the same materials and precision that goes into a world-cup race ski.
To help the brand stand out from the crowded market Crosson called on Four Nine to help design and build a new website that would communicate a refreshed brand identity.
Following an internal leadership meeting custom tailored to identify exactly how Crosson wanted to present their brand, we reviewed a number of comparable sites and competitors, developed a content architecture that would communicate the key elements of the Crosson brand, profiled their product with large format imagery and provided an easy to update online store.
